Our Finnish locations include Inkoo, Naantali, Turku, Rauma, and Mariehamn.Position Summary:We are looking for a proactive and analytical person to strengthen our team of financial controllers. In this role, you will support group accounting, check accounts across multiple entities, and provide comprehensive financial analytics and reports. The accounting of the group is outsourced, so in the role you would work in close cooperation with various accountants of the group.Key Responsibilities of the Financial team:· Oversee group accounting processes across various entities and countries, ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.· Manage the consolidation of accounts to ensure accurate and timely reporting of consolidated financial statements.· Conduct thorough analysis of accounts to provide insights that support organizational decision-making.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multiple countries.· Drive process improvements to ensure efficient financial operations across the organization.· Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.· Assist with various financial tasks.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Accounting, or a related field.· Experience in accounting and financial consolidation is seen as an advantage.· Knowledge in Excel, understanding in macros, pivot tables, and Power Query is seen as an advantage.· Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.· Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.What we offer you:We offer you a full-time and permanent position in a growing company within an international team.
