Mission:Involves all activities related to IT & Digital Project / Program / Portfolio management that contribute to efficiently delivering customer value. Programs, projects and portfolios scope may cover global, regional and country level. This includes activities related to project planning and execution following the delivery framework using an appropriate methodology; the management of programs comprising of parallel project with multipls levels of complexitiy and managing portfolios to deliver value in line with strategic goals.Leads the planning and execution of small projects, with clearly defined project charter and few potential change management requests, within a single entity of country within a cross functional project team. This includes proactive management of changes, stakeholder expectations, issues and risks to ensure that the project delivers value for the customer.Key responsibilities:

  • Project Managers will ensure that all projects are completed via our Customer Project Process (CPP).
  • Specific focus on developing and management of baselines during execution phase, including:
  • Scope
  • Schedule
  • Budget
  • Risks
  • Project Managers shall perform project handover between Sales and Operations team.
  • Fully accountable for the quality of the project execution through proper documentation.
  • Provide accurate forecasting each month.
  • Managing projects for Government sector
  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
  • Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables
  • Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
  • On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables

Skills and attributes:

  • Extensive hands-on experience and specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project
  • Have experience in all or most of the following: Power Monitoring Expert, Data Center, Microgrid, Controls, Protection Relays, and Automation, Government contracts, Advanced Metering Infrastructure, PLC programming, Mechanical Metering, Power Monitoring Reporting, Site Acceptance Testing, Service Level Agreements.
  • Experience managing Government projects
  • Strong presentation written and oral communication skills
  • Experienced in MS Project, SAP, OS365, SharePoint

Education:

  • Have a PMP certification or working on earning your PMP
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or relevant equivalent experience.
