About your future role
The team is currently located in Italy and Denmark and consists of a approx. 6 employees were placed in a contract management team, a sales acceleration team, and a governance team. The role is crucial as the pipeline and sales are the first step in a large process before delivering. Therefore, you must be self-driven, analytical, skilled in Excel, and a great stakeholder manager.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Ownership of the CRM (SAP C4C) incl. entries, processes, structure, KPIs, reporting, and analysis
- Ensure optimal pipeline process = Lead funnel process + opportunity flow
- Support the marketing team after events to develop a process around ensuring leads are entered into CRM and progressed
- Perform training and guidance to ensure proper use of CRM
- Assist Key Account Managers with ad hoc updates, adjustments, and challenges in CRM
- Improve data quality in CRM, by drilling down data and setting up reports
- Drive process around CRM improvements in cooperation with the business and help to further develop the current CRM system to use the full potential of the system
- Work closely with various stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Capacity Planning) to ensure accurate data/information flow from CR
- Contribute to and potentially lead KPI, business intelligence, and reporting work
- Support cost budget work (yearly/quarterly) by providing input based on pipeline
- CR Project management
- Project management on commercial initiatives and projects

- Experience in supporting a CRM system, driving pipeline, and supporting sales organization/Key Account Managers
- Strong understanding of processes and structure
- Excellent understanding of IT landscapes and good knowledge of CRM, Excel, and Power BI tools
- Ability to structure and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proactive and eager to deliver results on time
- Analytical mindset
