Read more and apply today for a life-changing career.The PositionAs an IT/OT Security Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the IT Security Coordinator for the PS API team.
- Act as a liaison between your CVP area and the PS API PM IT Security Group.
- Ensure compliance with current IT security rules and regulations and educate users to maintain necessary levels of IT security.
- Communicate IT security incidents promptly and coordinate response activities.
- Report on vulnerability assessments and security controls.
- Coordinate local awareness training and participate in risk assessments.
The project will be placed in Hillerød and you will plan and lead regular IT security incident response testing and share knowledge and solutions across PS API, PS, and Global Information Security.ou will also participate in various projects to ensure IT security compliance as well as in meetings and security reviews within PS API whilst you maintain a contact list of key personnel for IT security incidents and approve local firewall requests and facilitate review meetings.QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- An academic degree within IT, Automation, Engineering or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience from IT security within a global organization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and trust.
- Experience with cross-organizational and cultural understanding.
- Professional proficiency in oral and written English.

You show great interest in people management and demonstrate inclusive leadership by valuing and listening actively to diverse perspectives ensuring collaboration across business functions and a great team spirit.About the departmentOur team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished, the facility will employ approximately 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products.
