Make it your story.This position reports toDigital Services Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Project Lead Engineer to join our Digital Services team at Marine & Ports Division in Vuosaari, Helsinki. In this role you will lead advisory and diagnostics projects and upgrades from a technical perspective, taking responsibility for technical solutions and best practices during project implementation as well as support project managers. You will be mainly accountable for: •Technical responsibility of the engineering, detailed electrical designing and coordination in customer projects from an engineering point of view •Technical leadership and knowledge sharing including collaboration and networking with engineering colleagues within ABB and externally •Supporting continuous improvement of project, system design, product and processes •Working closely with different stakeholders: sales, project execution, commissioning, automation, R&D and warrantyQualifications for the role

• Previous work experience in electrical & automation design and engineering and the ability to understand and apply your expertise in a new technical area
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical and/or Automation Engineering
• Fluent written and spoken English skills, other language skills are a benefit
• Marine industry, commissioning, and/or site experience are an advantage
• Strong collaboration and people skills with ease in communicating in an international environment
• Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes, tools, including design tools: EPLAN/Zuken E3, Teamcenter, SAP or equivalents
