Then you might be just the one we are looking for as our new Commercial Graduate in our Luxury Products Division in Helsinki.Your mission…As the Commercial Graduate, your role is to support the Key Account Managers for the L’Oréal Luxe Department Store Channel in Finland. You will be part of the sales team and will be working closely with the Key Account Managers. Your role will be to support the team in a variety of different administrative tasks as well as be in contact with a lot of internal stakeholders and our customers. As well as supporting the commercial team, you might also have the responsibility to drive your own projects, to contribute to the development of the business and play an active role within the team.You will…
- Support the Key Account Managers in planning of campaigns, activities and new launches.
- Support the Key Account Managers with forecast and order flow for all clients.
- Support the Key Account Managers in creating and developing campaigns with clients – handling products and product descriptions.
- Track and analyze sales figures, promotions and new product launches.
- Handle cost related invoices from and to clients.
- Cross-functional collaboration – interface to marketing, controlling, logistics.
- Do ad-hoc analysis, as well as participate and support in meetings with team members and business partners.
- Handle administrative follow-up tasks to support the Key Account Managers.
You are…
- You have graduated no longer than a year ago with your Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar.
- You are fluent in Finish and Swedish, as well as excellent communication skills in English.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP is seen as an advantage.
- You have very strong organizational skills: ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority, and good time management.
- You have a strong business understanding coupled with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- You are motivated by challenges and have a proactive and open-minded approach to both people and projects and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Interest and knowledge of the beauty industry are seen as an advantage.
