Job IntroductionWe are recruiting a Guest Services Team Leader to join our vibrant and friendly Rapport team, based in our Client’s offices in Dublin. Our Client is an ever-expanding global American banking and financial services corporation. This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Global alignment initiative while providing an outstanding service all key stakeholders.The Team Leader will play a crucial role in managing a team of 4 across 3 different locations in Ireland (Cork, Wexford, and Dublin). The role is desk-based, but there is an element of travel for training purposes. With 19 amiable and helpful team members spread across EMEA, the wider team communicates on a daily basis through WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams. Even though we work virtually, the team has a social atmosphere, and we celebrate victories and birthdays together!This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime as per business needs.Main responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to site
  • Managing, training, and continuously engaging with the team to ensure high levels of productivity
  • Working alongside the team to ensure efficient and outstanding service levels are delivered at all times
  • Actively engaging and encouraging client and guest feedback, and driving change that enhances services provided, maximising technology and innovation in the process, and communicating best practice across the team
  • Being involved in staff events from the social aspect to planning and implementing with the office leadership team
  • Booking and supporting all meetings and events, using EMS

The ideal candidate will

  • Ideally, have at least one year of experience in a similar leadership within a fast-paced and dynamic establishment (e.g., five-star hotel or corporate environment)

  • Have a positive, vibrant personality, acting with integrity and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Possess excellent organisation skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering high standard service
  • Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with great attention to detail and ambition to learn and grow
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Be computer literate, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a professional telephone and email etiquette
