Our solutions are built on an intuitive, web-based architecture that positions and accelerates the contact center as an epicenter for customer insight.The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to drive sales with existing and new customers both direct and through partners.What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the achievement of associated territory sales quotas: software and services.
  • Uncover, develop and lead all sales activities for the sale of Calabrio products, additional applications, and renewed maintenance within the existing customer base.
  • Continually build a strong sales pipeline of well-qualified revenue opportunities.
  • Identify key stakeholders, build and develop strong relationships with them, fostering a high level of trust.
  • Effectively manage opportunities through Salesforce.com.
  • Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative, and high activity level.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of B2B direct sales in software, and/or services industry.
  • Direct sales experience in in WFO/Call Center industry, highly preferred.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
  • Ability to travel primarily in the Nordic countries up to 40%.
