Client Support Specialist | Dublin | two year Fixed term contractOur client provides innovative and market leading car finance solutions offering a wide variety of finance, leasing and servicing options.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service through call center handling for dealers within the automotive network and finance customers.
  • Identify customer needs, handle queries, and deliver timely resolutions in line with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the customer portfolio through a variety of administrative duties.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Finance-related discipline preferred.
  • Approved Product Adviser (Consumer Credit) / QFA qualification desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with a proven ability to exceed customer and dealer expectations.
  • Able to work across multiple customer service channels to meet various needs.
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to learn and develop.
  • Strong numerical competence and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
