This is an internal global role. The Active Directory Service Manager ensures that the Active Directory estate is secured, well maintained and managed accordingly with partners’ contractual agreements as well as in line with internal security and group policies.What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure Process and support Active Directory escalations from service providers as needed.
  • Collaborate with the service owner to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
  • Implement effective access and management controls for the environment.
  • Ensure infrastructure readiness for hosting new OS versions.
  • Safeguard services by addressing known vulnerabilities.
  • Confirm that anti-malware solutions are running smoothly across the server estate.
  • Manage proper onboarding of servers into the Privilege Access Management tool.
  • Ensure compliance with partner contracts and internal security policies.
  • Validate and improve the accuracy of server records in the CMDB compared to other data sources.
  • Develop and manage scripts, automate processes, and oversee monitoring and alert systems.
  • Partner with local teams and projects to ensure efficient service usage.
  • Participate in operational governance meetings with key suppliers.
  • Drive and support continuous service delivery improvements.
  • Monitor and manage SLAs and KPIs to meet service contract requirements.

About you

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT system engineering role in an IAM/Active Directory area
  • Strong Technology and IT Infrastructure background.
  • Good understanding of large organizations, business processes and corporate culture working across multiple geographies.
  • Experience in working within a Global company.
  • Experience in managing/working with outsourcing partners.
  • University degree in Information Systems subject or any comparable education.
  • Project Management education and experience.
  • ITIL v3 certified.
  • Occasional travel (up to 20%) is required.
