- Lead the analysis and reporting on HR data, using Power BI to create, refine, and present reports for the leadership team.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of our Cascade HRIS system, becoming its subject matter expert and main administrator.
- Develop and maintain people data dashboards, providing insights and metrics that drive improvements within HR and the broader business.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to interpret data insights, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies that enhance workforce engagement and organizational effectiveness.

- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience in working with HR data and systems, ideally with Cascade.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, enabling clear and insightful interpretation of people data for a variety of stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
We are seeking an experienced HR Data & Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in Leeds (Remote) who has a sound understanding of HR and PowerBI experience.Location & Benefits
- Leeds-based position with remote working flexibility; office attendance is required only one day every few weeks.
- Competitive salary range of £27,000 – £30,000, with additional benefits
