Job Description:Eaton´s new campus for its critical power systems in Vantaa, Finland, integrates all current activities into a much larger site. Situated in a prime location next to the Helsinki airport, the Vantaa facility will serve as Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions headquarters and a center of excellence for data centers.Do you want to work for a global player, where we care about ethics, inclusion and diversity and our people?Then we want to hear about you!What you’ll do:As a Supplier Quality Team Manager you are going to be responsible for coordinating Supplier Quality and local Supplier Quality team for our Eaton Electric Helsinki factory. Your goal will be to ensure Supplier Quality in coordination with Global SQM.Your responsibilities will be:Leading the supplier quality team, coordinating team activities, and developing the supplier quality strategy in collaboration with stakeholdersBe the local supplier quality lead in NPI (ProLaunch APQP), VAVE (cost-out) and supplier second source projects in coordination with global SQMCreate supplier quality strategy with Procurement, Category Management and Global Supplier QualityEnsure that Supplier Excellence Manual is followed by suppliersDevelop all preventive quality tools (APQP) with Project Management & direct contributive functions (R&D, Support, etc)Coordinate PPAP and APQP tools and implementationTrain and coach suppliers using the Eaton / supplier quality core tools (PPAP, SEM, FMEA, etc.)Manage PPAP and FAI approvals for valid and new supplier parts while being the owner of cross-functional team PPAP/FAI reviews in development of new products or changes related to current productsManage Supplier Quality Management activities, and overall Supplier Quality responsibilitiesDefine and monitor supplier quality performance KPIs (DMR, DPPM, CONC)Manage supplier quality auditsReview and evaluate supplier quality data to follow CAPA actions while identifying improvement opportunities and launch improvement projects when neededQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics or relevant fieldSolid experience in supplier quality in the electrical sectorExperience with people managementSkills:Strong leadership, project management and communication skillsHighly motivated to develop the team in the dynamic environment and support personal development of the team membersStrong knowledge of Supplier Quality Management processesFluency in Finnish and EnglishWhat we offer to you:Contract in fast growing global companyChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative teamGreat promotional opportunities – We encourage internal promotion, whenever possibleExcellent working environment – safety and ethic are really important for us#LI-KK2
