Homebased Health and Safety ConsultantLocation: West Midlands Area, HomebasedThe CompanyAssured Safety Recruitment is partnering with a West Midlands based Health and Safety Consultancy to manage the recruitment of a new Health and Safety Consultant. The consultancy provides health and safety consultancy services to local business’s, across the West Midlands area. They have created a positive and balanced working environment, where you will manage your own workload whilst being part of a supportive team.This role offers the opportunity to experience a variety of industry sectors, build long term relationships and future training opportunities.About the roleAs a result of their growing client base, the company are therefore seeking to recruit a Health and Safety Consultant to join their close-knit team.This a home-based role offering excellent work-life balance, with regular site visits to a variety of local SME clients, in the West Midlands and surrounding counties.Everyday can be different, you maybe auditing, writing health and safety policies, producing risk assessments, delivering health and safety training or coaching staff and managers.Ideally you will have strong background in either working in construction or with sub-contractor/trades or a manufacturing/production background.Your experienceCandidates will need to have the following skills and experience:Holding or close to completion of Nebosh Diploma Level 6 or equivalentGood relationship building and communication skillsStrong auditing skillsExcellent written skills for report writingDriving LicenceWhat’s on offerA supportive and friendly working environment, working with a knowledgeable health and safety team committed to developing their employee’s.Assured Safety Recruitment are a specialist Health and Safety recruitment company operating across the UK.
