A little bit about the role:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, gather feedback, and handle all forms of communication.
- Issue Resolution: Swiftly address delivery issues, product defects, billing discrepancies, and other concerns.
- Feedback Collection: Analyse customer feedback and generate reports for management.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, HubSpot.
- Support & Collaboration: Assist colleagues in resolving customer issues and manage aftersales queries using the ticketing system.
About You:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality support.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
