Recruitment Consultant The Noel Group, part of the Facilitas Group are hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our Warehousing & Logistics team, placing candidates into temporary assignments. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth through effective recruitment strategies. This role can be based in either Dublin City Centre or in Cork City. The Role • You will manage the entire recruitment process – developing client relationships to attracting top talent, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance and placing candidates, while always providing a positive experience for the candidate and guiding them through the process. You will be continuously sourcing candidates and matching them to the roles in which they will be most successful. • Working with the team placing candidates into temporary roles with our clients • Establish relationships with our existing clients to fully understand their requirements and providing appropriate solutions • Maintaining ongoing communication and always delivering an exceptional service to all of our clients. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Collaborate with team to ensure client requests are fulfilled as efficiently as possible • Maintain accurate client & candidate records on our recruitment management system • Identify new recruitment opportunities • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure a positive relationship. • Continuously sourcing candidates to build a strong talent pool of qualified candidates Requirements · A background in the warehousing / logistics/ transport industry would be beneficial with strong knowledge of the sector · Previous experience in a client relationship management or recruitment is required · Strong sales experience is essential with the ability to identify & develop new client relationships and meet targets · Ability to manage key accounts and provide talent solutions for our clients · Excellent presentation and communication skills · Strong communication and influencing skills with proven ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels · Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload · Must be self driven, genuine & honest with the ability to work on their own initiative What we offer: • Excellent salary package on offer depending on experience with an attractive commission structure • Full Training, on-boarding and support • Good opportunity to work within an experienced team and progress your career quickly • Learning and Development investment on an ongoing basis • Opportunity to gain an industry qualification with the ERF • Company laptop and phone • Supportive management as well as back office support to help you succeed and progress in your career
