Together with our team you will be helping the largest Nordic Financial Services companies to navigate the changing landscape.In your work as a Consultant/Senior Consultant in the team, you will for example:

  • Support clients in large transformations such as core-insurance and/or core-banking
  • Clarify the strategic ambition of the business transformation programs/sub-streams
  • Define clients’ business target state and coordinate strategic planning related activities
  • Plan and drive new operating model development and change management programs together with the team
  • Lead projects and/or project streams, support and advise clients throughout the project execution
  • Facilitate client workshops, meetings and decision-making

You will also have an important role in continuously developing our business and offerings together with the team, for example, by participating in sales through creating client proposals, contacting potential clients, identifying new opportunities and building trusted client relationships.We are looking for:

  • Around 3+ years of experience within Financial Services with focus on Insurance sector – your experience can be for example from subject-matter-expert roles and/or consulting
  • Knowledge and previous experience in working with different insurance areas, such as life & health and/or P&C
  • Development-oriented mindset and preferably experience from participating or leading insurance related development projects
  • Passion for Insurance business and curiosity to learn and adapt to other functional areas in Financial Services (such as Asset Management, Banking)
  • Academic degree in relevant field, such as M.Sc. in business or technology
  • Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (written and spoken), language skills from other Nordic languages and German are considered as an advantage

In addition, we consider as an advantage:

  • Experience in different insurance core-systems (for example Guidewire, Sapiens)
  • Knowledge or experience of actuarial science/insurance mathematics
  • Knowledge of the most important (core) insurance processes, such as policy and claims
