Join us on this transformative journey as our new Commercial Product Manager and help shape the future of the company and our patients.About the role:As our Commercial Product Manager, you will play a key role in pipeline projects as well as life cycle management of current product portfolio. We are a well-established, high performing Diabetes Sales team looking for a new team-member who has a “can-do” mindset and brings a toolkit of product management and device/pharma product development combined with commercial skills and understanding. In this role, as the commercial lead, you will manage product/program projects, secure cross functional alignment, master internal and external stakeholder management and problem solving – if these words resonate with you, please read on.You will report to the Senior Diabetes Sales Director and the work location is Søborg, Denmark. Travel activity for this role is expected to be up to 30 days a year.Your main duties and responsibilities:
- Be the Product Owner for customer’s product portfolio with the objective to ensure optimal user experience and customer’s success
- Work with key customers and sales manager to develop product pipeline and qualify new product opportunities. Provide inputs on business case assumptions for new product opportunities
- Be the Voice of Customer in early pipeline projects and provide inputs to ensure customer’s needs are met and business case assumptions are realistic
- Coordinate regular touchpoints with customers and organize business reviews
- Coordinate cross functional team to ensure launch readiness of customers funded products and make sure assumptions of the business case are met
- Monitor and report product related KPIs and proactively recommend actions to ensure objectives are met. Look into opportunities to improve gross profit of the portfolio
- Coordinate product change requests from customers (ex. label change)
- Work with Regulatory and Quality teams on regulatory submission strategies and field corrective actions
- Work with Medical Affairs team to monitor clinical evidence related to product portfolio (inc. at key conferences)
- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics and Finance teams on customer demand forecasting and capacity planning
- Work cross-functionally with Advanced Operations and R&D on new product development
About you:You are a team player and a strong commercial product manager who actively engages the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner to get the task done – you identify with the phrase “better together”. You thrive in a busy environment and take lead to arrive at conclusions. You can work cross functionally and handle multiple projects and deadlines. You motivate others in the team to arrive at the conclusion – you achieve this by formulating the problem statement well and clear communication of objectives.
