We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Systems Engineering Business Analyst.This role will take part of the business process development for Systems Engineering to ensure the IT tools efficiently support the execution of those processes by the users.If you think you’ll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Analyze, review and support the development of business process together with the Business Teams and/or Project Managers
• Formulating and developing new and/or improve existing global business solutions and translates business requirements to functional requirements.
• Lead ALM tools development and support for Business teams
• Ensure business requirements are met and aligned with strategy.
• Perform as Subject Matter Expert for ALM tools and processes.
• Report Project Status to Sponsors and Steering Committees
• Establishes clear priorities among projects activities.
• Lead or support 8D initiatives in case of major issues with systems/data in scope
• Provide or ensure 2nd/3rd line of support for systems in scope (ALM Solutions – CodeBeamer, Enterprise Architect)
• Perform configurations on ALM systems in scope.
• Ensure integrity and security of corporate data.
• Ensure integrity on ALM systems functionality (testing after updates, changes)
• Coordinate, support or execute key and end-user training activities for ALM systems in scope

and if you have/are:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
• English – required to be fluent (verbal and written)
• VDA aSPICE framework
• INCOSE Systems Engineering
• Familiar with ISO26262, Functional Safety
• Familiar with ISO21343, Cyber Security
• Knowledge of TISAX
• CodeBeamer knowledge
• Enterprise Architect knowledge
