Job DescriptionAgile CoachWe are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our client, a leading financial services organization based in Dublin, to help drive Agile transformation initiatives across various teams and departments. This role requires a professional with strong expertise in Agile methodologies who can foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Transformation: Lead and support Agile transformation efforts across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivery timelines.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to deepen their understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies: Ensure that Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives are effective and productive.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams to improve their delivery capabilities and Agile maturity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior management and other key stakeholders to align Agile methodologies with business goals and promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Agile Metrics and Reporting: Help teams implement key metrics and reporting structures to track Agile performance and productivity.
  • Conflict Resolution: Assist teams in navigating challenges, removing blockers, and resolving conflicts within and between teams.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): Provide guidance on scaling Agile practices to larger programs or portfolios where necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Experience as an Agile Coach: Minimum of 5 years in Agile coaching within large organizations, ideally within financial services.
  • Certifications: Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, or similar) or certifications in Scrum (Certified ScrumMaster, Professional ScrumMaster, etc.) preferred.
  • Agile Frameworks: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile methodologies (SAFe).
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and mentor Agile teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate Agile concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Financial Services Experience: Previous experience working with or within financial services organizations is highly desirable.
