We are looking for new colleagues to join our consultancy team to influence the way we develop and deliver what our customers need.As a Senior Customer Success Project Lead, you will become an integral part of our consultancy team at KMD Services, within the Application Development & Modernization department. Your role will be to advise and assist clients with their challenges. Our tasks range from small advisory and pilot projects to large, long-term modernization and development projects. Our senior consultants typically work across the entire value chain, from pre-sales and proposals to project delivery and handover to maintenance – a process we call “Sell & Deliver.”Responsibilities:

• Active participation in sales and proposal work, including writing and proactive upselling
• Developing plans and selecting the right methods for project and delivery management
• Leading delivery projects, with responsibility for quality and financials
• Risk management and project reporting
• Stakeholder management and effective navigation and communication at C-level and steering committee levels
• Client advisory in methods and tools selection
• Review, feedback, and documentation

About You:As a new colleague, you are ambitious, structured, methodical, persistent, and dedicated to your tasks and responsibilities. You collaborate well, communicate effectively, have strong empathy, and are decisive with a solid impact. You understand the importance of building relationships and achieving results internally and externally through collaboration.Professional Requirements:

• Extensive experience in external programs and project management
• Experience leading delivery teams, including external subcontractors
• Deep knowledge of relevant methods and tools
• Strong commercial mindset
• Ability to communicate difficult messages
• Risk and conflict management skills
• Analytical and data-driven approach
• Professional background in computer science/business administration or similar
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, including public sector experience
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies
• IPMA, Prince2, SAFe certified
• Fluent in Danish and English
