Role: Building SurveyorLocation: DublinSalary: Depending on seniority – €35k to €50kDuration: PermanentAzon is collaborating with a well-established surveying firm providing professional surveying services across Ireland, that specialises in property valuations, building surveys, and property management.The CandidateThey are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting a wide range of property surveys, valuations, and inspections.Whether you’re early in your career or bring years of experience, this is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with room for growth and development. You will be involved in both residential and commercial properties, helping clients make informed decisions regarding their assets.Responsibilities
- Travelling to sites to conduct building/property surveys, including valuations, building inspections, and condition reports for residential and commercial properties.
- Advise clients on property-related matters, including acquisition, management, and legal compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports on survey findings, valuations, and other property assessments.
- Liaise with clients, property owners, and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive property advice.
- Conduct market research to provide accurate and up-to-date valuations.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Some experience as a Property/Building Surveyor, ideally in residential and commercial sectors
- A relevant degree in building surveying, property management, or any construction-related field
- Chartered status is not required but is a plus
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Effective communication and client management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full driving license and a car
