Job Description:
- As Business Analyst, support end-to-end analysis of large and complex change projects and initiatives for all projects
- Prepare Business/Functional Requirements to support transitioned delivery of Proof of Concept for the common data layer and standardized calculator
- Work with various stakeholders(including Director level) to define and agree on implementation approach
- Analyse current state data feeds and calculations supporting RWA, leverage and large exposure reporting for private bank
- Define future state requirements to align data model and calculations across the existing private and investment bank infrastructures
- Support Business / Functional Acceptance Testing for validation and user acceptance
- Contribute to transition plans to develop the POC to overall end state
- Work in a global team across multiple locations and time zones and challenge the business to push the boundaries
Skills Required
- Strong experience of working as a Business Analyst within investment banking preferably Credit risk(Reduced IRB, capital floors) management:
- Exposure to RWA and leverage calculations for FINMA reporting(preferably Basel reporting)
- Familiarity with RWA and/or leverage regulatory requirements and testing process
- Good working knowledge of the Agile model, Epic/User stories, issue resolution and iterative enhancement methods
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills along with experience of group facilitation to drive challenging change initiatives
- Strong problem solving skills, excellent team player displaying enthusiasm, confidence and commitment
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Hands-on experience in full life-cycle implementations across multiple projects
