These services include source control, asset repositories, and static code analysis for our developer community. Your understanding of the development landscape-including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud environments-along with technical insight into our platforms, will be key to your success.We use agile principles to improve and maintain our platform, focusing on providing high-quality support and automation for the SEB developer community. We support our users with online courses, tutorials, and hands-on assistance to help them get the most out of our platform.As a team, we embrace equality, diversity, and inclusion. Internally, we work with mob sessions, knowledge sharing, and innovation sprints. We offer an environment with ample room to grow. By joining us, you’ll become a key player in supporting our developers by continuously enhancing and optimizing our services and platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Shifting from on-premises to SaaS and Cloud services as part of SEB’s Cloud-first strategy.
- Ensuring our platforms are scalable and ready for the future by implementing auto-scaling, monitoring performance, and optimizing cloud resource management.
- Participating in scheduled on-call duties to ensure 24/7 platform availability, with a service-minded and communicative approach.
Required Skills:
- The right mindset and curiosity are more important to us than extensive experience. We value a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to find the best solutions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Passion for supporting users and solving technical challenges.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitHub Advanced Security, JFrog Artifactory, JFrog Xray
- DevSecOps practices
- System administration experience (Linux and Windows)
- Static code analysis
- Containers (Kubernetes)
- Programming/scripting
- Cloud platforms
- Network experience
