This is because we believe diverse teams make the most thought-through decisions and build things in the most inclusive way.Join us today to build Wolt together.Job DescriptionWe’re now looking for an energetic Team Lead driven by results to support and lead our awesome Sales Managers with a focus on the Grocery segment who will take ownership of growing Wolt’s grocery portfolio by identifying, negotiating, closing and developing strategic partnerships with Enterprise level grocery partners.In this role you will engage in medium-complex business-level, logistic and P&L-focused discussions with owners and C-level executives, you will need to be comfortable using data, insights and versatile enough to hold your own in operations, marketing and technical conversations.Moreover, you will have the opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial flair and collaborate across several teams/functions including our product, merchant and marketing teams to build a winning proposition. We have a great base to start from, your focus will be to help us build up on and scale this in the local market.Responsibilities & dutiesCreating a positive work environment that enables the team to develop.Lead by example in terms of demonstrating Wolt values and behaviors.Identify, build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships at store as well as enterprise level (grocery segment).a great fit for Wolt for our Grocery Sales TeamActively build relationships with key Grocery merchants to position Wolt as a partner of choice to support & enable their omni-channel strategy.Actively participate in refining the local sales strategy to accelerate Wolt’s market penetration.Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data, such as understanding store performance in order to set profitable business terms.Work closely with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Support and others) to build a winning proposition for the market.Identify and implement suitable OKR’s for the local Grocery TeamProvide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to help team grow and develop.QualificationsProven success as a Sales team lead with experience of solution sales, business development and negotiation.Strong leadership skills and positive ‘can do’ attitude.A natural ‘hunter’ with excellent communication and networking skills.Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You have strong analytical, financial and commercial acumen with instinct for the right opportunities, comfortable presenting to Merchant owners/Director/VP/CXO-level stakeholdersYou are an excellent communicator and natural relationship builder, skilled at generating buy-in and building followership with both internal and external stakeholders.Excellent analytical skills – such as translating data into actions, or analyzing sales metrics and producing relevant KPIs.Experience from FMCG, SaaS, marketplace, eCommerce and/or last-mile logistic-related sales is a big advantage.Fluent in Swedish and English.Additional InformationWhat you’ll get by joining WoltMaking an impact.
