We are looking for a driven Pre-Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of our solutions to prospective customers. You will primarily be working with our Evitec Solutions Life solution and its customers. Your location can be either in Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden.As a Pre-Sales Manager at Evitec Solutions, you will serve as a crucial link between our technical and sales teams. Your primary focus will be engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our software solutions can address their challenges within the Life insurance sector. You will collaborate with sales, product management, and development teams to create tailored solutions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and guide customers through the buying process.Why This Role Matters:

What we’re looking for:
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software solutions for the insurance sector, including technical and business aspects.
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and build trust.
- Sales Partnership: Ability to work closely with sales teams to advance deals, address technical concerns, and customize solutions.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to design tailored solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring feasibility and maximum value.
Key responsibilities:1. Solution Design and Presentation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs in the insurance sector.
- Design customized solutions that showcase the value of our software products.
- Lead product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the unique benefits and addressing specific customer challenges.
2. Customer Engagement and Needs Analysis:
- Engage with potential customers early in the sales cycle to understand their business objectives and pain points.
- Conduct deep technical discovery sessions to map customer needs to our product capabilities.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, offering expertise to help customers make informed decisions.
3. Proposal Development:
- Develop high-quality, detailed technical proposals that demonstrate how our software solutions address customer needs.
- Prepare RFI/RFP responses and other technical documentation.
- Ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with product development timelines.
4. Product Demonstrations and Presentations:
- Deliver tailored demonstrations of our software, focusing on relevant features and functionalities for the insurance sector.
- Effectively translate technical features into business value, demonstrating how our solutions enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve processes.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management and development teams to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to drive product innovation and improvements.
- Assist the sales team in negotiating technical aspects of deals.
6. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Train and support the sales team in understanding the technical aspects of our products.
- Act as an internal subject matter expert for our solutions in the insurance industry.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in the insurance sector, ideally with exposure to core insurance software solutions.
- Strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of software products for insurance.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Proven track record in client engagement, solution design, and supporting sales cycles in complex software environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and development.
