REQUIRED SKILLS
- Hands-on experience from SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules
- Experience from translating business requirements from the Talent Acquisition domain into process solutions for SuccessFactors.
- Skills and experience in information models and end-to-end process mapping including user journeys/UX.
- Worked in projects and/or a product context with implementation and enhancements of digital solutions where you have translated business needs to process and digital solutions
- Great facilitation and communication skills.
- Human Resources domain knowledge from the Recruitment area
- Experience and certificates from e.g., BABOK, Six Sigma, collaborative agile practices such as impact and story mapping and you can apply the tools in your day-to-day work.
- The ability to apply business analysis in an agile context and write epics, features, and stories in an effective format
- Have worked in agile product organisations.

THE ASSIGNMENT
This role is part of a product team called Talent Acquisition, which handles global processes for attracting, recruiting on- and offboarding of employees and contingent workers as well as the global mobility of employees. We operate in a global community creating innovative, future focused solutions and the Business Analyst is the indispensable link between stakeholders across the organization and the product team.
You keep an ear to the ground to pick up on current business needs whilst relating to how data flows through our system landscape and maps to the business processes.
Key tasks include analysis of “as is” as well as proposing “to be” processes through extensive discussions with stakeholders and product teams. You will align requirements to fit the global scope, coordinate and communicate clearly all the way from design to delivery. Facilitating collaboration between stakeholders and team members to create joint understanding and ownership through applying wide range of problem solving and visualization techniques is key for the role.
The Business Analyst is also a key contributor in, and helps prepare, various agile ceremonies such as the backlog refinement, sprint- and PI-plannings.
