You will be recognized as a capability-building expert for both today and the future, ensuring the integration of digital tools, AI, and data analytics to drive personalized, data-driven marketing strategies.The Commercialisation Marketing Enablers will report to the Global Head Business Excellence who is currently being recruited for.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the continuous upskilling and evolution of the marketing community, with a focus on integrating the future of marketing, including digital transformation, iCX (integrated customer experience), AI, and data-driven decision-making, through inspirational leadership.Support the marketing community with work package allocation/matching and contribute to success of the network through collaboration with the other functional communities.Represent the business needs in the marketing community: foster an enterprise mindset, understand priorities, discuss and enable skills required,and facilitate onboardingAct as line managers to community CMLs , responsible for performance evaluations and skilled at coaching and mentoring.Responsible for resource management to ensure that the community can meet demands of the organization and flag any resource constraints constructively, with a collaborative approach to find solutions.
