Role and Responsibilities:

  • Building on and expanding your knowledge of the construction and medical sector as well as industrial cleaning and maintenance
  • Deliver a first-class service to our clients and the community by ensuring that all deep cleaning duties are carried out to the highest standard and in line with Company and Client procedures
  • Ensure that stock levels are properly maintained and provide information to Line Manager to ensure appropriate purchasing
  • Complete all required records and documentation and ensure there are clear logs of all completed tasks
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and legislation
  • Adhere to Company and Client policies and procedures
  • Report any areas of concern to Line Manager
  • Working with and operating MEWP truck

Requirements:

  • Clean C truck licence is Mandatory
  • Safe Pass Certificate – preferable but not essential
  • Manual Handling Certificate – preferable but not essential
  • MEWP Cert – preferable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English
  • Valid Visa to work on a full-time basis in Ireland
