We strive to push the boundaries of AI research, foster innovation, and drive impactful projects.Project backgroundWe are looking for a proactive and organized Entrepreneurship Coordinator to support the ETH AI Center’s Entrepreneurship team. This role is key to building and nurturing a thriving community of affiliated startups, enhancing entrepreneurial offerings, and fostering partnerships with venture capital firms and service providers. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth of our startup ecosystem, shaping the future of AI by bridging research with practical applications.Job description
- Oversee the pipeline for affiliating new startups with the ETH AI Center, supporting the expansion of our startup network
- Develop a strong local network to grow the affiliated startup community and strengthen entrepreneurial initiatives at the ETH AI Center
- Actively engage in our community of affiliated startups, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment
- Proactive identify, attract, and onboard new potential partnerships and collaborations that could benefit our affiliated startups
- Conduct local scouting and selection of high-potential entrepreneurial talent
- Support various entrepreneurial programs aimed at expanding the startup community affiliated with the ETH AI Center, such as the AI Launchpad
- Plan and coordinate events with partners and startups, helping foster a vibrant and engaged community, including the AI + X Summit and AI House Davos, led by the ETH AI Center
- Work across digital and social channels to drive awareness and engagement
ProfileWe are looking for candidates with:
- Proven ability and motivation to independently set up and manage projects, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and a talent for communication, facilitating effective interactions with partners and affiliated startups
- Hands-on experience in a startup or startup ecosystem (a plus)
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English (a must) and German (a plus)
- Familiarity with the Swiss startup ecosystem (a plus)
