All this means a career packed with opportunities to grow and the chance to shape the future of our clients.International Private Bank OperationsDeutsche Bank International Private Bank Operations covers operational functions for the Bank’s Global Wealth Management business such as trade support, client on boarding, business controls and regulatory reporting etc.Your roleResponsible for the dealing of funds (mainly mutual funds, hedge funds and private equities) as well as the post trade activities (corporate event management, pricing, reconciliation, amongst other tasks)Troubleshooting activities on the end-to-end transaction management lifecycle. (All sort of assets, plain vanilla, derivatives, AIFs, etc.)Actively engage in new project / UAT testing to enhance our process and objective of optimizing automationPartner with Robotics team to help identify and deliver technology improvement opportunitiesEnsures the escalation of operational, regulatory, and other risks to line manager and functional leads as appropriateApplies Ops/TDI/Business strategies and objectives across product and business lines within all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to agreed SLAsBuilds and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders – Product Desks, Relationship Center, COO, Compliance, AML, ORM, Technology, as well as with Service ProvidersExperience / ExposureRelevant experience in a similar within the global custody realm, as part of a Back/Middle/Front office and in a leading financial institutionWorking knowledge of Avaloq will be considered a plusWorking knowledge of the Bank’s products and services as well as a firm understanding of regulations and policiesYour profileOperate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlinesSolid knowledge of global custody, global markets, funds transfer, settlement, and trade lifecycleProblem-solving skills and analytical skillsStrong time management skills required to meet internal and external deadlines/cut-offsAbility to work in fast paced environment with different teams cutting across variable functionsExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (only English is required but any additional language will be considered an advantage)Demonstrate a high level of integrity towards internal and external stakeholders, strong work ethics overallWe strive for a in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
