In Barden we are delighted to be partnering with a well-known Multinational in Cork to identify a Finance Manager.This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing dynamic business as a key representative for Finance for expansion projects across EMEA. There will be huge variety to the role with significant stakeholder engagement across the business and region.The role reports to an impressive Senior Manager in a high performing and collaborative Finance Team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, energetic, possess strong technical skills and an ability to build meaningful relationships across the business. • Play an instrumental role in cross functional projects involving geographic expansion or corporate restructuring.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting transactions relating to restructuring projects.
• Provide technical advice on local compliance for new regions.
• Partner with cross functional teams across the business for seamless project implementation.
• Contribution to the establishment of a continuous improvement culture.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Qualified Accountant with 4-5 years PQE.
• Experience within a multinational or Big 4 environment.
• Technically strong with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of the organization.
