  • Affiliate Partnerships: Support and manage the growth of our partnership network, fostering strong relationships and optimising performance.
  • Marketing Relationships:Build and maintain strong partnerships, offering insightful reports and growth strategies to leadership. Regularly update senior management on affiliate program performance, providing actionable insights for expansion.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with agencies and third parties to achieve marketing goals, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Stay ahead of the competition by tracking their activities and identifying opportunities for differentiation.
  • ROI Focus: Contribute to delivering a positive return on investment in affiliate channels, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Skills & Experience:

  • Marketing Experience: At least 3 years in a marketing role, specialising in digital channels. Experience from both agency and client-side environments is welcome.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights, using your findings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of business goals and how to achieve them, aligning your marketing efforts with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactive approach to identifying new channels for growth, constantly seeking innovative ways to expand our reach and impact.
  • Self-Motivation: Driven to achieve results and make a significant impact, taking initiative and ownership of your work.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to change, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in managing your workload and meeting deadlines, utilising technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Desirable: Experience with Excel and Google Analytics is a plus, showcasing your technical skills and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to build relationships, convey ideas effectively, and create compelling marketing content.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept at identifying and resolving challenges, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative in finding solutions.
