Job Description Summary The Global Manufacturing Networks Lead will be part of the Digital Department, reporting to the IT Manager. The local IT team is responsible for managing both IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) infrastructures, as well as providing user support at the factory. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, offering numerous exciting challenges that provide excellent opportunities for both professional and personal growth. Our OT environment is expanding rapidly, and we have recently taken on additional responsibilities for OT environments at several GE HealthCare sites. We are therefore looking to strengthen our team with someone who has experience working with OT in the industry. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a busy environment, where organization and the ability to work systematically are key. Most tasks are procedure-driven, and there are strict documentation requirements, so the candidate should have experience and an understanding of these processes. The role also involves close collaboration with global teams within GE HealthCare, and it may be necessary to participate in meetings outside regular working hours due to time zone differences. On functional level, you will interact with IT, site IT, automation, risk managers on daily basis.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain existing OT infrastructure
  • Administer and support applications and auxiliary systems within the OT environment
  • Participate in troubleshooting systems and applications in the OT environment
  • Develop and maintain procedures and documentation related to the OT environment
  • Participate in projects for advising and implementing infrastructure for new systems in the OT environment
  • Coordinate and collaborate with global teams and teams at other sites within the company
  • Lead, roll-out cyber security projects across the GEHC-PDX Network in collaboration with corporate cyber security team
  • Consolidate and report to Senior stakeholders on cyber security program
  • Conduct cyber security risk analysis and risk management is a MUST
  • Be at Genba on sites periodically and participate in network level cyber-security audits
  • Training and coaching site manufacturing engineers/shopfloor on cyber-security standards and implementation
  • Establish cybersecurity procedures for GEHC-PDX network in collaboration with Global cybersecurity CoE
  • You will be Single point of Contact (SPOC) for PDX sites and corporate cyber security team OT related topics in PDX
  • Host and Lead Community of best practice for PDX sites on OT topics frequently.
  • Subject Matter Expert (go to person) to GEHC-PDX on cyber security
  • Develop/monitor/report a comprehensive cybersecurity roll-out programs and operations for PDX Manufacturing Networks in in collaboration with corporate cyber security team
  • ACCOUNTABLE for creating the cyber security strategy of GEHC-PDX Manufacturing sites, roadmap, and lead rollouts/remediations in collaboration with corporate cyber security team
  • 25% travel to other sites is expected

Desired Qualifications:

  • Relevant higher education (bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering) or several years of experience in IT/OT (7-10 yrs)
  • Relevant certifications will be an asset or extensive experience in OT, ICS (Industrial Control Systems), and Cyber Security.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux Server, SAN, and NAS systems
  • Knowledge and experience with virtualization, networking, backup systems, endpoint security, and monitoring/logging
  • Familiarity with and experience working within Pharmaceutical Industry/GxP environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with NIS, IEC 62443, ISO27001 standards
  • Proven working experience with NIS, IEC 62443, ISO27001 standards
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in the field
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Experience with change management, incident handling, and documentation
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English is required
  • Project Management & change management experience will be an asset
