All responsibilities have the goal of maximising the efficiency and quality of our sales team.The job requires analytical skills, attention to details, and “can-do” attitude to resolve problems. Key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and useful salesforce dashboards and reports to monitor progress of the sales process.
  • Analyse data to support decision making, inform progress, and provide insights.
  • Identify training needs with sales tools, create materials to train our sales team to utilise these tools efficiently and to sell effectively.
  • Assist with the completion of compelling client RFPs and proposals that clearly explain how we can effectively solve their most pressing business problems.
  • Manage various supplier and tender portals such as SAP Ariba to make sure we stay on top of our RFPs and client PO’s.
  • Plan and execute process improvements including data governance through collaboration and clear communication.
  • Provide tactical project support as needed.

The skills & experience we look for

  • Experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard.
  • Confidence with systems and processes and ability to shift from the details to the big picture to communicate effectively with different internal teams.
  • 3+ years’ experience of B2B sales, sales operations or sales enablement preferred.
  • A problem-solving mindset to navigate complex landscape to get things done.
  • Strong project management, planning and execution skills.
  • Relationship building skills and ability to quickly become a trusted advisor, particularly to sales team.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and communication skills.
