As our new Discipline Leader, you’ll be an integral part of our global push on permitting and environmental impact assessments (EIAs), contributing to the green transition. You will support our clients through various project phases, from early strategic planning and permit applications to design and implementation support. Our projects vary in complexity, with Swedish or global clients from both the private and public sectors. We work with projects across the country within Impact Assessment Sweden and collaborate closely with other Ramboll units. With Ramboll being a large global company, you’ll have ample opportunities for international collaboration. Our current projects are in renewable energy fields like solar and wind power, environmentally hazardous operations, water management, infrastructure, municipal planning, etc. Based in our Stockholm office, you’ll have the flexibility to partially work from home.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating environmental assessments and EIAs in renewable energy projects.
  • Driving and coordinating environmental studies in both small and large-scale projects.
  • Engaging in dialogue and communication with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Sharing your expertise and experience, mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Contributing to the team’s and Ramboll’s collaborative efforts and development.

  • A relevant degree with a few years of experience in environmental permitting processes and environmental impact assessments, preferably in renewable energy.
  • A strong commitment to sustainability and sustainable community development.

  • Excellent communicative skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
