You are part of our customer service & CRM-technologies team, where we cooperate with online store customer service (s-kaupat.fi, prisma.fi, sokos.fi), marketing, retail media, and loyalty program. We work in a hybrid setting so it would be great if you could work from our office Ässäkeskus in Helsinki on average 1-3 days per week.Your responsibilitiesIn this role, you will lead and develop integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems. You will design, develop, and manage MuleSoft and custom integrations, ensuring smooth data flow and alignment with business needs across the organization.Your daily tasks include:Ownership – Served as the technical lead for Salesforce integrations, managing design, development, and integration flow maintenance. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver solutions enhancing cross-system workflows.Integration Development – Design and manage integration flows between Salesforce and other systems using MuleSoft, APIs, and custom solutions. Ensure efficient, scalable, and secure code aligned with best practices.Optimization & Maintenance – Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot, and enhance reliability. Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across platforms.Documentation & Training – Maintain technical documentation and provide training on integration processes.Is this you?You have a passion for integrated systems, experience in Salesforce integration development, and skills in MuleSoft. You are curious and analytical and have proven leadership and effective communication skills in English.
