The Group’s vision is to be the aviation service provider of choice through excellence, experience, and expertise.PositionThe purpose of the role is to manage the CAMO and Part 145 training programme and the ARC programme for the airline.Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the training programme in it’s entirety, designing and implementing the training programme
- Provide instruction of the relevant training programmes
- Oversee the development and implementation of the Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) programme
- Carry out aircraft and records inspections; develop and oversee the implementation of the ARC schedule
- Manage the work of the nominated ARC Inspectors
- Maintain the required reports and records, and keep the accountable managers up to date
- Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process
RequirementsQualifications:
- Aviation technical qualifications e.g. Part 66 licence or Aviation Engineering degree
- Qualified Training Instructor desirable
Experience:
- 5 years in a maintenance or engineering environment in the aviation sector
