As an Organic Social Media Manager, you’ll play a key role in our dynamic social media team, driving engagement and boosting brand awareness across our organic channels. Working closely with our current Organic Social Media Manager, you will contribute to organising, developing, and executing on a cohesive, results-driven social media strategy, supporting content creation, platform management, and audience engagement, all while ensuring alignment with Saxo’s broader PR, marketing, and paid media efforts.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with our other Organic Social Media Manager to execute on a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with Saxo’s brand and communications objectivesAssist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging channelsProvide support to the PR and Corporate Comms teams by ensuring social media content complements broader communication, marketing, and paid media efforts effortsLeverage organic social media to help us meet our ambitious marketing KPIs in terms of brand awareness, new client acquisition, new revenue, and marketing effectiveness (lowering cost of acquisition)Monitor social media channels, analyse key metrics, and report on performance to help identify areas for improvementStay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to proactively drive initiatives that enhance Saxo’s organic social media presence.Your profileTo excel in this role, we expect you to have 1-3 years of experience managing and organising organic social media channels, ideally within the financial or corporate sector. With a solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, you have a proven track record of supporting the growth of social media engagement and delivering creative, data-driven campaigns. You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally, and thrive when working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. While experience with social media management tools is not essential, familiarity with Sprinklr would be an advantage.
