At Siemens Gamesa, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and support our focus on energy transformation.How to contribute to our visionAs a Training Developer, you will be responsible for designing and operationalizing the training solutions, both in-class, virtual & digital, in collaboration with multicultural subject matter experts from Technology, Health & Safety, Operations, and our Training Centers.Your responsibilities will cover:Executing Training Needs AnalysisDesigning learning products, using the ADDIE model, specifying educational instructions, and other learning materialsPerforming handovers of designed training products to our train the trainers & instructorsProactively influencing and contributing to project deliverables and timelinesShaping the processes and tools for learning solutionsCollaboration with related entities and roles across our learning organization, and with our vendorsWhat You Need to Make a DifferenceWe are looking for someone with an interest in being part of project-driven department, having a solid focus on delivering effects that bring value to the organization.You have proven experience in wind industry or similar, preferably with mechanical and electrical background, and can successfully relate to the operational and technical environment that our target audience works in.It is an advantage to have experience with training, either have a record of designing and deploying technical training products based on the needs analysis, or teaching experience.As a person, you have a structured approach, that allow you to execute according to project scope and timeline. innovative mindset, supporting you to contribute with creative solutions for competence deficiencies identified operationally.
