As part of this growth, we seek a Method Lead to support our study, project, and tender teams. This role is central in designing and implementing effective solutions through all project phases, from planning and tendering to execution. You’ll play a key role in developing optimal fabrication and installation strategies and see projects from concept through to completion.Position Profile:
As a Method Lead, you will provide leadership and technical expertise to guide a team of skilled professionals. The role is a vital link between engineering and construction teams, ensuring that constructability principles are embedded in all project phases. This position is suited to individuals with a strong background in construction and engineering who can help shape the project organization’s approach to full EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning) optimization.Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead the method team with clear technical direction, ensuring HSE and quality standards are consistently met.
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate effectively with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Planning, and Clients.

• Deliverable Quality & Timeliness: Oversee method deliverables to ensure high standards in quality and delivery timelines.

• Installation & Execution Planning: Develop and communicate installation strategies and construction sequences, identifying areas requiring in-depth studies.

• Workshops & Reviews: Facilitate constructability workshops, ensuring that multi-discipline coverage is achieved, and constructability principles are incorporated.

• Planning & Visualization: Support the planning team with multi-discipline construction sequences and create visual high-level plans for clear strategy presentation.

• Ad-hoc Support: Perform or contribute to engineering reviews and studies as required.

Competence Requirements:Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in construction and engineering processes with a focus on EPCIC projects.
Systematic & Collaborative Approach: Ability to work systematically and communicate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams to foster safe and efficient project execution.
Continuous Improvement: Proactive in seeking learning opportunities and improving performance standards.
Adaptability: Able to manage changing work tasks and environments effectively, maintaining focus on project goals.Experience & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a solid background in method engineering, construction, and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive project execution with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
