We are looking for a talented Java Developer with over three years of experience to join our dynamic Digital Backend team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining backend services that power our digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

About You:

• Over 3 years of experience as a backend developer, with potential front-end experience.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Knowledge in Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A team player who values collaboration and enjoys mentoring colleagues to foster their professional growth.
