We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Partnerships to lead global initiatives, establish transformative collaborations, and build a robust partnerships capability for the future.Role Overview:
As the Head of Partnerships, you will own the strategy and execution of high-impact global partnerships. Your focus will be on establishing relationships with major consumer companies and other high-profile organizations. You’ll be driving deals independently, with the opportunity to build and lead a world-class partnerships team as we scale. This role reports to the Global Head of Consumer Business.Key Responsibilities:Global Partnerships Development:
- Build strategic partnerships with global consumer companies, focusing on opportunities for our subscription program Wolt+ and other core business areas.
- Serve as the holistic owner for partnership scouting, negotiations, contract structuring, signing and execution.
- Identify and prioritize partnerships that deliver measurable impact, such as driving subscription growth.
Deal Execution:
- Lead end-to-end partnership processes, including creating business cases, navigating negotiations, and securing agreements.
- Manage high-stakes deals ensuring long-term value for Wolt and partners.
Team Building and Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Wolt+, and Senior Leadership teams to align partnership strategies with company goals.
- Work in tandem with the Door Dash partnerships team, leveraging their expertise and support.
Strategic Initiatives and Revenue Growth:
- Develop partnership strategies to drive key metrics
- Work with partners to create unique offerings that enhance the Wolt+ subscription experience.
- Expand beyond current partnerships to unlock new revenue streams and customer segments.
Our humble expectations
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in high-impact partnerships, preferably in big tech or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale deals
- Expertise in structuring and negotiating complex agreements, with a strong understanding of business case development.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, from leading high-stakes negotiations to executing initiatives.
- Experience partnering with major consumer companies
- A collaborative leader with the ability to build and scale a high-performing team.
