We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing family and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch services and solutions.Your Role:As a key member of the Supply Chain Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our project commitments are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborative Purchasing: Working with the Supply Chain Team to create and communicate purchase orders to vendors.
  • Order Management: Follow up on open purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Vendor & Customer Setup: Establish new vendors/customers in our ERP system and maintain an organized purchase order archive.
  • Safety & Compliance: Participate in the NOV Wellbore Technologies Observation Reporting System to identify and mitigate workplace hazards. Adhere to all HSEQ policies and PPE guidelines.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations and Operations Support teams.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain data across various systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Prepare and update service reports, work orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance documentation and reports.

What We Look For:Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Or 3 to 5 years’ experience within purchasing

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant degrees (administrative, finance, logistics) are welcome to apply.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Professional knowledge of English and intermediate or higher proficiency in Norwegian.
  • Experience with JDE Systems, document control, and ERP systems is desirable.
