About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Sales Analyst with a strong background in the automotive industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Hyundai Motor Sweden’s sales operations by managing, analyzing, and reporting sales data. You will prepare detailed reports and create insightful visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making for both internal and external stakeholders.In close collaboration with internal teams, you will identify bottlenecks in reporting processes, enhance data management practices, and optimize workflows to drive efficiency and scalability. Additionally, your responsibilities will include handling various administrative tasks within the sales organization, ensuring data accuracy, developing records management systems, and supporting the integration of new tools. Success in this role will require exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics tools.
  • Develop data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain records management processes and policies.
  • Ensure efficient organization of back-end data while enhancing accessibility for end-users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and integrate new tools.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and ensure scalability.
  • Perform data-focused administrative tasks across the sales organization.
  • Monitor and audit data quality to maintain accuracy and reliability.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a comparable role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with stakeholders.
  • Valid Category B driver’s license.
