We are seeking a Mill System Project Manager for our Imatra and Anjalankoski production units. The role focuses on achieving optimal operational efficiency through the successful implementation of development projects, particularly the Manufacturing Execution System. Your primary work location will be Imatra, with responsibilities extending to other Packaging Materials division’s mills. You will work within the Packaging Materials Division, reporting to the IT Cluster Manager, Operations Digitalisation.In this key role, you will:lead projects to implement systems supporting a new more efficient way of working in Imatra and Anjalankoski sites. You will also participate in other improvement initiatives based on your skills and experience. You will receive support from our suppliers, mill personnel, and digitalisation team colleagues. You will be responsible for planning and phasing project content, as well as successfully managing each project phase.We expect you to collaborate effectively with other mills in our Division to identify opportunities for using common applications and sharing best practices. You will work closely with key stakeholders within the Operations function to define and execute the development roadmap, aligning with our strategic goals.About youYou hold a master’s or higher degree in a relevant field, have experience in forest industry processes across multiple locations, including international experience, and possess a passion for improving ways of working. You want to understand business challenges and how IT/digital enablers can solve them and what drives you is the business value what we can get from IT.As a person, you are curious-minded and pro-active towards your stakeholders. It is vital that you possess a strong knowledge of modern Manufacturing Execution Systems and the possibilities within them, so you are able to guide our Operations to correct direction in development of their processes.
