The SVP Investment and Strategy will lead our investment and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with our corporate goals and enhancing shareholder value. This role will be pivotal in fostering relationships with investors and key stakeholders and will guide strategic planning to drive sustainable growth.Desired Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of the drivers, opportunities, and challenges of industry decarbonization.
  • Experience in investor relations.
  • Excellent strategic and financial planning experience; investment banking and mergers & acquisitions experience are a plus.
  • Ability to represent the company in relevant forums, both industrially and financially, with excellent language skills in Norwegian and English. Must be capable of engaging and inspiring stakeholders in a professional and credible manner.
  • Understanding of the dynamics of technology-driven growth companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs: Manage communications between the company and investors, media, partners, government bodies, and others. Produce written materials including company presentations and strategy papers. Act as a spokesperson and organizes road shows, investor meetings, conferences.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute long-term strategic objectives for value creation, identifying organic and inorganic growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Financial Analysis: Oversee financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making, ensuring data-driven insights.
  • Support for Public Funding and Grants: Identify and pursue opportunities for public funding and grants that align with the company’s strategic objectives, enhancing financial resources for growth initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with operational capabilities and financial performance.
