You’ll play a key role in optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology experiences for everyone. This role blends your technical expertise with your collaborative spirit – you’ll troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to infrastructure improvements, and champion new solutions that enhance productivity across the company.Key responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from first-line support, including hardware, software, network, and user-related problems.
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure: This includes network systems, servers, storage, and cloud-based solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Implement security measures: Proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security standards.
  • Automate IT tasks: Develop scripts and utilize automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

RequirementsRequired :

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Strong technical skills and an aptitude for technical work
  • Proven background in IT support with at least 3 years of experience in a service desk team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows (cmd and PowerShell), Linux (bash or similar) OR macos (bash, zsh) on a command-line level.
  • Experience in managing SAAS services, preferably Google Workspace and Okta
  • Experience with any ticketing system, e.g., JIRA Service Desk or ServiceNow.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Atlassian products like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Basic to intermediate Linux Operating System knowledge.
  • Experience with cloudbased services like Okta, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Script writing skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and experience with automating processes.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting MacOS and iOS systems.
  • Experience with mobile device management platforms such as AirWatch (Workspace ONE), Jamf, MobileIron, Microsoft InTune or similar.
