Together with , our VP of Operations, we’re strengthening the Professional Services (PCS) team.It means we need your help and can’t wait to welcome the new Professional Services Manager to join us in Helsinki.What’s in it for you

What you can expect as a Professional Services Manager at LeadDesk

  • You’ll identify sales opportunities and support Sales teams in selling value-creating professional services.
  • You’ll coach and support Solution Engineers to offer, specify and lead larger deliveries and projects to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • You’ll lead a Developer team, including internal and external resources, to ensure timely and efficient project deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You’ll ensure there is a healthy sales pipeline, smooth processes, and profitability in solution deliveries.
  • You’ll collaborate with clients to implement tailored solutions, including developing integrations, features and reports that address their specific needs.
  • You’ll act as a structured, solution-oriented problem solver, driving customer satisfaction and team performance.

  • You’ve strengthened customer retention by delivering tailored solutions that align with their business needs.

This is where the match happensMust-haves

  • 2-5 years of experience as a technical project manager, solution engineer, scrum master, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions, software development processes, and the ability to work with developers (you have some coding knowledge yourself).
  • Proven experience working directly with clients and delivering tailored technical solutions, such as integrations, features or reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving and structured working style with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, as it is our primary working language.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in leading and managing development teams or technical team members.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, or call center technologies.

Practicalities

  • Start date: February – March 2025
  • Location: HQ Office with hybrid work model (3 days at the office a week).
  • Working hours: Full-time.
  • Employment period: Permanent.
  • Compensation: EUR 5000-5500 month + BSC bonus target EUR 24 000 anno.
