The role requires a strong internal drive and an ability to combine cost efficiency with an understanding of the soft values that create well-being and well-functioning workplaces. You work closely with the business to ensure modern and sustainable solutions that not only meet our needs today but also build a solid foundation for the future. You contribute with your personality, analytical skills and insights to strengthen the business.You report to the Station Manager and are placed at the Arlanda-Stockholm office.You will be responsible for but not limited to:Property management and responsible for lease agreements and vendor management of our offices. Ensure that the work environment and office design contribute to a positive and inspiring workplace for our employees.Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standardsStrategic purchases, develop long-term purchasing strategies that balance cost-effectiveness with sustainable and quality solutions, while ensuring that the needs and values of our offices are always at the center.Financial planning, plan and follow up budgets, with a holistic perspective that takes into account both economic, environmental and social values.Advice and leadership, Be a responsive adviser to the management team, with an understanding of the business’s needs and the local conditions at the office level. You have a genuine understanding of how offices work in practice and can combine business acumen with a responsive and solution-oriented way of working. For you, it is just as obvious to work for efficiencies as it is to ensure that our employees are happy in their work environment. You will be managing a team of two employees, therefor it is meritorious if you have previous leadership experience.
- Degree in facility management, property management or similar working experience.
- Experience in property management, contract negotiation and strategic purchasing.
- Knowledge of Swedish laws and rules related to real estate, purchasing and work environment.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally, with a focus on collaboration and long-term solutions.
- Experience balancing cost efficiency with employee experience and work environment.
