Join a Midlands based Contractor who are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Residential Apartment Development in Mullingar. With over 60 years of experience in the Irish Construction Industry from Health Centres, Schools, Housing Developments & Private Dwellings in both the Public and Private Sectors. This position is a permanent position and the company have a full order book for 2024 & 2025 with a pipeline of projects in the Midlands region.Requirements
- Degree Qualified or Trade Background (Essential)
- Minimum of 5-7 years management experience
- A proven track record in successfully delivering Medium to Large scale projects
- Sound knowledge of latest building regulation, legislation and Health and Safety
- Ability to provide clear leadership and direction to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner is essential.
